Click & Collect allows you to order online and collect your purchase from Chester and Jakes Pharmacy in Westpoint Shopping Centre during normal opening hours.
Although our staff endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, please allow at least 1-2 business day for processing before picking up. You will receive emails updating you on the process of your order and when it will be ready to pick up in-store.
Step 1. Browse products and check availability
Find your product on our online store and check availability
Step 2. Add to cart and head to checkout.
Add the products to your shopping cart and make sure you select ‘Click and Collect’ from the shipping methods available (note: please allow at least 1-2 business days for orders to be processed)
Step 3. Complete your order.
Check out your shopping cart with your details and make payment.
Please note: If you would like to nominate someone else to collect your order, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and the full name of the representative who will be collecting your order (This must match the name on the photo ID of the person).
Step 4. We’ll confirm your order.
Once you’ve placed your order and payment has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email that with the details of your order.
You will also receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
Please note: In-store payments are not available for Click & Collect.
Step 5. Pick Up Your Order.
Now all you have to do is collect your order!
When collecting your order instore please make sure that you bring the following:
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you have placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.
*Valid photo ID includes Drivers Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age card
