Depending on the type of document, we do provide a document certification service without a booking needed.
For certified copies only hard copy forms will be accepted in person (not by fax, email, etc). Photocopies of previously certified documents will not be accepted.
Any documents containing a photograph (e.g. a passport, driver’s licence, etc.) must have the original document present for certification. Photocopies or pictures of the original will no be accepted.
Please note that not all pharmacists are a Justice of the Peace (JP).
