From the beginning of pregnancy, the body produces a hormone called hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin), which is present in urine in increasing amounts as the pregnancy progresses. Pregnosis accurately detects levels of hCG as low as 25IU/L to determine whether or not a woman is pregnant.
Pregnosis has been shown in laboratory tests to be over 99% accurate. Women can test before their next period is due (7-10 days after conception), at any time of the day. Results can be seen in as little as 3 minutes.
Hold the Pregnosis in-stream test in the urine stream for at least 10 seconds until it is thoroughly wet and read the results after 3 minutes have passed.
Two lines indicate a positive result. One line indicates a negative result.
Do not read the result after 10 minutes; disregard any result lines or 'shadow' lines that appear after 10 minutes.
