Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily in the morning with food or as advised by your health professional.

Not to be used in children under the age of 18
Contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
If you are taking thyroid medication, do not use this product as replacement therapy.
Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications
